It’s coming home: Why I’m supporting England in the final, by Dai Lama

Dai Lama says 'football's coming home'

While there is no doubt that all of England will rally behind Gareth Southgate's brave Marxist warriors, questions are being asked about Welsh allegiances. Mainly by po-faced columnists keen to fan the flames of their self-importance or by an increasingly needy English press.

Cymru, you don't need to justify who you support, and you don't need another 500 word piece piously trying to change your mind.

So allow me to say, from the bottom of my heart:

.

.

.

.

.

Forza Italia!

PS. LOL. Made you look.

As far as I recollect if VAR had existed in 1966 then the result could have been different. For the Denmark match we had VAR but it wasn’t consulted when a disputed penalty was awarded to England. So England benefit whether or not VAR is operating!,

The Racist Republic of SaisTir does not deserve a final against the dashing Azzurri. SaisTir has no Italian community, whereas many a Cymro is well versed in la dolce vita owing to the presence of the Romano-Cymro. Our appreciation of fine wines, literature and food our grasp of all European and classical languages reflects out diversity of community, spirit and egality so much better. SaisTir is full of chip eating child-baiting gammons who embarrass the modern Euro-Cymro. The sooner we can be rid of this sinful arranged marriage and fall into the arms of a handsome urbane european way of life via our amiis les bretons, then the sooner I will be ordering finest viandes for mes copains Gill Jones, Quornby and Wrexhamian.

I can't decide if he's English or Russian.

Wrexhamian

He's a BritNat troll who apparently bragged that he could get upvotes on a pro-Wales blog. He was on here recently as "Ani Bin Iaeth" but was "escorted from the premises".

Ah. Thank you. Bragging, eh? For anyone else who comes this way, did you know that clicking dislike cancels one like?

I'd have no problem with the English football team winning Euro2020 (not that I'll be supporting the team) if it were not for blanket cover of the subject across the UK for months if not years afterwards. I am not English and do not want programs constantly cancelled and repeated replays.
