Hamas had already released on August 18, 1988 their covenant stating their destructive intentions towards Zion. Despite this covenant statement, Netanyahu still allowed their funding to continue from Qatar. If warmongers had to lead from the front line I doubt whether there would be any wars. It's so easy to send other people's children to war and then lead from afar.
